Diversity Sensitive Disability Evaluations
This course stems from my work in creating guidance for the NYS-DOE culturally and linguistically appropriate disability evaluations framework and is now updated with additional information, research and field recommendations. This course is not only for Speech and Language Pathologists and Psychologists. This course will also give Special Education teachers who conduct disability evaluations insight in interpreting true student ability; general education teachers in understanding differences to take into account before referring, and provide administrators the insight in supporting DEI goals within their departments.Through participating in this course you will come to really understand what “difference versus disability” means:Part 1Learn about the SES, cultural, and linguistic considerations to take into account for accurate referrals and unbiased disability evaluations.Understand disproportionality and psychometric mismatch. Get tips on updating your MTSS/RtI to be diversity sensitive.Part 2Learn about the various tools available for unbiased disability evaluations, including long term and short term dynamic assessments. Get more tips on updating your MTSS/RtI to be diversity sensitive.Part 3Join the follow up discussion and get access to a variety of free resources to begin implementation.Feel free to contact me if you are trying to decide if this course is right for you.Participants may also receive CTLE and/or CEUs by following the instructions at the end of the course.

COMPLETE COURSE IN ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT & INSTRUMENTATION
This course offers a thorough understanding of the working principles, operational techniques, and error rectification methods of various analog electrical meters. Students will explore the internal construction, functioning, and practical applications of key analog instruments such as wattmeters, energy meters, power factor meters, ammeters, voltmeters, and other related devices used in electrical measurement. The course emphasizes how these meters are utilized to measure essential electrical quantities including power, energy, current, voltage, resistance, inductance, and capacitance. Students will gain practical insight into the identification, analysis, and correction of common measurement errors, along with techniques to improve accuracy and ensure reliable readings. Calibration procedures, safety precautions, and proper handling methods will also be covered in detail.Through both theoretical explanations and hands-on practice, students will develop a strong conceptual foundation and technical skill set. They will become proficient in troubleshooting, interpreting readings, and selecting appropriate meters for various applications. Real-world case studies and problem-solving exercises will reinforce their learning, enabling them to apply their knowledge confidently in academic, industrial, or laboratory environments. In addition to mastering the use of analog meters, students will be introduced to strategies for solving complex measurement-related problems. This includes tackling numerical challenges and exploring practical scenarios that simulate real electrical systems. By the end of the course, students will be equipped not only with the theoretical knowledge but also the practical competence required to effectively measure and analyze a wide range of electrical parameters using analog instruments.

Csi ETABS in the Structural analysis of 15 stories+ basement
This course not just a tutorial on software ETABS but it is a complete understanding about structural design analysis, how civil engineer must begin with the project, how he/she must think, how we can determine the dimension of the element before modeling them check it in the software. In this course we will design a 15 stories of a residential buildings, within the work we will define and design all types of slabs such as (waffle slab, one way ribbed slab, two way ribbed slab, flat slab and solid slab), earthquake with static and dynamic case, wind loads, columns and beams and shear walls
