Sports coaches: Improve your communication skills
I have written articles for various sports publications about the importance of communication for publications world wide including 'Tennis Pro' and the International Tennis Federation Coaching and Sport Science Review.Available free with this course my ebook - 'How to get better results from your athletes - what other coaching manuals don't tell you'. This course has been designed so that you can hop from one lecture to another they are not dependent upon each other, this makes improving your speech easier for you as you can concentrate on the bits you think you need to.You have spent a lot of time (and money) qualifying as a sports coach but let me ask a question. What do you, as a coach, do when you're working? You’ll probably answer ‘teach tennis’ or 'coach basketball' etc. This is true, but if you stop and think about it, the majority of your time is spent, not playing your sport, but speaking to people. Sports coaches communicate all the time.Usually when we have to teach people, the pupils are sitting still, able to concentrate fully on what the teacher is saying. The teacher is also able to sit or stand still, either sitting at a desk with all of their notes or standing at a whiteboard able to reinforce ideas with written words. Sports coaches do not have these luxuries, they have to teach in the middle of a field or a large sports hall with no chairs or whiteboards, to students who are moving around and who are being distracted by anything and everything. If you are teaching outside the wind can blow your voice away or if in a large hall the echo can swallow up your words. These sports coaches need to have exceptional communication skills if they are to produce first class athletes.Good sports coaching communication skills are vital to the success of your busines

Basic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
This Basic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) course offers a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental techniques used to inspect and evaluate materials and components without causing any physical damage. The course thoroughly covers the key principles, methods, and diverse applications of widely recognized NDT techniques, such as visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, and dye penetrant testing. These methods are critical in ensuring the safety, reliability, and integrity of various materials used in industrial operations across numerous sectors.Designed for individuals who are new to the field as well as professionals aiming to expand their existing knowledge base, the course enables participants to gain valuable skills in assessing the condition, integrity, and safety of materials and components in several critical industries, including oil and gas, aerospace, manufacturing, and construction.Upon successful completion, participants will possess a well-rounded understanding of essential NDT processes and develop the ability to confidently apply these techniques to practical, real-world inspection tasks, ensuring they meet industry standards and requirements for material safety and quality assurance. Moreover, the participants will also learn about the latest technological advancements in NDT methods and how they can be applied to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy, enhancing overall operational effectiveness.

Algorithmic Introduction to Machine Learning
Machine learning (ML) is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) that enables computers to “self-learn” from training data and improve over time, without being explicitly programmed. Machine learning algorithms are able to detect patterns in data and learn from them, in order to make their own predictions. This course is intended for people who wish to understand the functioning of popular machine learning algorithms. This gives a behind the scene look of who things are working. We will start by looking at some data pre-processing techniques, then we will move on to look at supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms. Finally, we will look at what cross valuation is and how it is done.In this course we will look at: Data Preprocessing [Handling Missing Values, Data Encoding (Conversion of Categorical Data into Nominal Data), Data Normalization] Supervised Learning[Linear Regression, Decision Tree Regression, Decision Tree Classification, Naive Bayes Classification, K Nearest Neignbour Classification] Model Evaluation [Evaluation of Classifiers, Deciding Confusion Matrix] Unsupervised Learning [K Means Clustering, Hierarchical Clustering] Model Improvement [Cross Validation]By the end of this course, you will have a thorough understanding of how these machine learning algorithms function which will in turn enable you to develop better ML models.

Data Base Management Systems(DBMS)
Nearly all digital services and e-governance solutions rely on databases as their foundation. Database systems and transaction processing are essential to the smooth running of contemporary financial systems and businesses. With the aid of database management systems (DBMS) and the SQL Standard, this course introduces students to the many theoretical and practical aspects involved in the design and use of database systems. What you'll learnDescribe the fundamental elements of relational database management systems.Explain the basic concepts of relational data model, entity-relationship model, relational database design, relational algebra and SQL.Able to differentiate physical and logical data independenceDesign ER-models to represent simple database application scenariosImprove the database design by normalization.Differentiate about various normal forms like 1NF,2NF and 3NFConcurrency control( from scratch to advance).Database indexing ( B and B+ Trees).Able to create complex SQL queries using multiple tables.In-depth knowledge over database design or database engineer.Learn core concepts of database design.Capable to answer any level of competitive exams like GATE, ISRO, PSU's or any other.Write Efficient SQL Queries – Use DDL, DML, subqueries, joins, views, and indexing for performance optimization.Work with Microsoft Fabric SQL – Understand schemas, stored procedures, CTEs, temp tables, and string aggregate functions
