Through theory, asana, mudras, pranayama, mantras, visualization, and meditation, you will learn how to approach each chakra in a clear, gradual, and grounded way.The course is based on traditional teachings associated with Bihar Yoga and the approach of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, adapted into an accessible online format.
