Motivation for the Masses
This is a short course about motivation. It is based on recent seminars in Oxford, UK in late September 2024 - so it is very current! The assembled students came from very different background: some were in jobs (from professional to part-time, unskilled); some unemployed; some students at the University (usually studying Psychology) They attended for one reason: to master the basics of motivation. The group were asked what motivated them and also whether the skills they already had - soft skills, transferrable skills - would be enough to change jobs. Initially the general feeling was 'no'.So a task was set.Pick a job you THINK will not equip you for another job - and then discuss. The role initially picked was Shift Manager in McDonalds (although to be fair, offerings also included Starbucks, Costa, Waitrose etc.) The 'go-to' role was 'Consultant-in-an-unrelated-industry'Two of the group had had dealings with Educational Consultants - one of the two was a teacher - and so 'Consultants' was narrowed down to 'Educational Consultant'.Then the discussions started. As you will see from the course what emerged is that often wherever we are in life we have certain skills that would be of interest to a potential employer. Skills that involve motivation such as communication, emotional intelligence and willingness to work in a team. From these sessions a course was borne. This course is for beginners - it is also for the more experienced student. we deal with theory. we deal with practical examples. we also deal with ways to remember, ways to motivate and even have a live example of a slice of apple motivating several!Perhaps more importantly, it is a course, I hope, you will enjoy.

Algorithms in JavaScript : Design techniques
Algorithm Design Techniques : Live problem solving in Java ScriptAlgorithms are everywhere! One great algorithm applied sensibly can result into a System like GOOGLE! Larry Page, founder of google designed “Page Rank” algorithm that is behind the search in google. That is why when we search on google we generally find the most relevant result on the First Page itself.Every Computer Programmer should learn how to design algorithms which are not only correct but also efficient in terms of TIME and SPACE!Completer scientists have worked from 100s of years !! - (Put images of some of the scientists…)And derived some of the techniques that can be applied to write and design algorithms! So Why to reinvent the wheel ??Let’s go through some of the most famous algorithm design techniques in this course!!Once you will come to know these design techniques It will become very easy for you to approach a problem by identifying which technique to apply to solve that correctly and efficiently. We will start this course with some measurement techniques in algorithms that is called complexity analysis so that we can measure -The time and space in an algorithm when we design that. Then we will start with understanding recursion and deep dive into that.Recursion is the base of any algorithm design … because most of the algorithms has to be solved using recursion!Recursion is executed in computers in a very special way using stack frames… we will understand all that..There are many types of recursion and we will have a look into that. We will solve some classic problems like the Tower of Hanoi, Binary subtree… to understand the recursion deeply… And WE WILL WRITE THE CODE LINE BY LINE IN JAVA !! To make it very easy to understand and

AI Coding Mastery 2026: Claude Code + Multi-Model Stack
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. Most AI coding tools forget you the second you close the tab. Claude Code does not. This course teaches the agentic AI coding workflow most developers do not know exists. You will go from running your first claude command to spawning teams of agents that work in parallel, building your own MCP servers, writing hooks that fire on every commit, and routing work across nine different models including Claude Opus, GPT-5 Codex, Gemini 2.5, GLM-5.1, MiniMax M2.7, and the local Ollama stack with DeepSeek 671B, Kimi 1T, and Qwen Coder. Why this course existsMost AI coding courses you find right now are shallow Cursor tutorials or ChatGPT prompt galleries. This is the deep one. The one I wanted to find when I started, and could not. Every lesson shows real terminal output, real apps, real workflows. No slide decks. No theory. No filler. What you will masterClaude Code installation, configuration, and the full CLI workflow on Windows, macOS, and LinuxBuilding MCP servers in both Python and TypeScript with resources, tools, and promptsThe Skills system: project-scoped and global, plus advanced patterns like multi-step and self-healingSubagents and parallel agent teams: 5+ workers running on a single project at the same timeThe full multi-model architecture: dual mode, triple mode, smart routing, cost-aware budgetsHooks and automation: PreTool, PostTool, Stop, Notification, and CronCreate scheduled agentsPersistent memory through brain MCP, project profiles, and end-of-session lessonsThe rules system: Karpathy pillars, intelligence rules, red team rules, and the credentials modelReal-world workflows: shipping a full feature, debugging a production bug, refactoring legacy codeModule 13 — the Multi-Model Power Stack covering GPT-5
