Flight Joystick with Arduino for pc Flight Simulators
This course will teach you how to create your own home flight yoke (with throttle, prop and mix levers) and rudder pedals without any experience coding. Using an Arduino Leonardo board, some potentiometers, wires, a soldering iron, a few tools and the free arduino IDE, you will be introduced to the great world of Do It Yoursel (DIY). You will be presented to the Arduino IDE, will learn how to install the joystick library and how to upload the scketch (both goes with this course). We will then make the box that is the base of the project, the flight yoke, the levers, build the pedals and connect all the wires. Then we will calibrate the joystick on Windows, the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (MSFS 2020), Microsoft Flight Simulator (FSX), X - Plane 11, Aerofly FS2 and Digital Combat Simulator - DCS. After the calibrations you are ready to fly on these computer flight simulators and many others! Just choose your favorite. The objective of this course is to show in the simplest possible way how to build an airplane joystick so that more people can use flight simulators in a more real and better way, allowing it to be used for leisure but also for training for those who want to become pilots onde day or want to fly like the real pilots do (even if simple and at home).

Maintaining the audience's attention in public speaking
What do we perform in public for? What is our goal? Most likely we want to be heard, so that our ideas reach the listeners. To become a successful speaker who is listened to and perceived, it isn't enough to correctly construct the speech, be able to speak beautifully or convey important thoughts. It is also important to encourage the audience to start listening to you at all. And it is desirable not only for the first 5 minutes, after which they can peacefully sleep. Therefore, speaking to a public, we are forced to work not only with the ears and eyes of listeners. And certainly not only with their minds. First of all, we must work with their attention! Attention is the starting point. And only after - interest, understanding, persuasion, etc. This course is exactly devoted to attention of the audience and problems of its maintenance through the entire performance. We will study the basic tools (personal and not only), that every person who goes out to speak in public actually have. Although, far from everyone knows about existence of such tools. And even fewer know how to properly use these resources to make the performance more effective and convincing.Sign up for this course, if you aimed at improving your public speaking skills. And become the one who is really listened to by everyone who has come to listen.

Equine Assisted Sensory and Relaxation Exercises
Are you a professional who works with horses and people and you want ideas for sensory integration or relaxation activities that you can incorporate into sessions with clients? Perhaps you are a horse owner who just wants to find out how to relax and connect with your horse. Whoever you are, this course can provide you with a toolkit of exercises to try.Horses are the best purpose-made sensory apparatus in the world. They provide stimulation for all the senses. Their bodies have so many variations of temperature and texture that we cannot help but touch them. Their coat colour, physical form and movement draws the eye effortlessly. They even come with their own in-built olfactory stimulation. No one spends time around horses without noticing a few unique smells! Being on a moving horse or learning to move a horse from the ground provides some heavy-duty proprioceptive and vestibular sensory input too.We think of sensory input as something that people with learning or processing difficulties need but actually all people need and can benefit from sensory input. Sensory processing helps with new learning. If there is a breakdown in this process, people may not respond appropriately to the information they are receiving. Many ‘behavioural problems’ actually come from a craving for sensory input. Equine assisted practitioners and horse owners can make use of these simple sensory integration activities and exercises.
