Guide clients through KYC and jurisdiction-specific documentation requirements with clarity and care. Maintain prompt, clear communication via email and phone; resolve issues and unblock clients quickly. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. Maintain and update SOPs for all onboarding an
